MasterClass
Quarterly, on a Sunday, 1:30–3:30pm, at Kimbourne Park United Church (Coxwell & Danforth). Six performer spots per MasterClass, by invitation. Observer spots are available where space allows. In the MasterClass, “performer” means singers, speakers, presenters, rappers, spoken word artists, actors, comedians and storytellers. Performance Lab

You pay on the booking page as soon as you choose your dates: by credit card or bank transfer, by Interac e-Transfer (Canadian bank accounts only) to payments@vocaleuphoria.com with your invoice number in the message, or with an eGift Card. If full payment is not received within 30 minutes, your booking will be cancelled and your appointment time will be released.
24 hours’ notice
Private lessons (singing, public speaking and duo coaching) and consultations may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is forfeited. Cancelled sessions are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Duo Coaching: if one of the pair can’t attend, the session may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice (within the package’s time, for a package). With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is either forfeited or goes ahead with the one person who can attend.
For Performance Lab: Performance Lab bookings may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking is forfeited. Lab bookings are non-refundable.
For MasterClass: MasterClass performer bookings may be cancelled but are not eligible for rescheduling. Cancelled or missed performer bookings are non-refundable. MasterClass observer bookings may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking is forfeited. Observer bookings are non-refundable.

All sales are final
All services including single sessions, session packages, eGift Cards, and digital products are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-extendable, and non-negotiable. The Vocal Dojo has its own Terms. Ask anything before you book rather than after — that is what the free call is for.
Use them inside the window
Each package has a validity period, listed beside it above, starting at your first session. Sessions are booked no more than 2 weeks apart (this does not apply to Performance Labs), and any not used inside that window are forfeited. Book the whole series at the start and the scheduling takes care of itself.
